GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), carefully before using Boonuu mobile application (the “Service”) powered by Pet Hub Mobile Services (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and usage of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms shall apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
If you disagree with any of these Terms of Use, you must immediately discontinue your access to the Boonuu Mobile Application and your use of the services offered on the Boonuu Mobile Application. Continued use of the Boonuu Mobile Application will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use, which may be amended from time to time.
Definations
- “[Boonuu]”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to PET HUB MOBILE SERVICES (Business Number: AS0463778-H) having its business address at No. 110, Jalan Indah 9/1, Taman Bukit Indah, 81200 Johor Bahru, Johor.
- “Partner(s)” refers to the independent third parties who provide the relevant Services to the User(s) through the Platform, including but not limited to driver-partners, deliverypartners, merchant-partners and any other relevant goods and services providers.
- “Platform” refers to the Website, Application, Software and any other platform, portal or website which [Boonuu] owns, operates, maintains or otherwise makes available to the Users and/or Partners for the purposes of or in connection with the Platform.
- “Personal Data” shall carry the meaning as provided under our Privacy Policy.
- “Services” refers to the list of services and/or goods offered and made available by the Partner(s) on this Platform.
- “User(s)”, “you” and “your” refer to end user who accesses or uses the Platform to search for and obtain the Services
The pronouns used herein shall include, when appropriate, either gender and both singular and plural, and the grammatical construction of sentences shall conform thereto.
Age Limit
The use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the legal age for entering legally binding contracts or giving consent hereunder pursuant to the applicable laws in your country (hereinafter referred to as the “legal age”). By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or of the legal age and you agree that:
- All information required and provided by you for the purposes of registration of account are deemed accurate, current, and/or complete;
- Your use of the Platform and the Services it offers complies with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to terminate your Account (defined below) without notice if we believe you are under 18 or not in compliance with any federal law, state law, by laws, rules and/or regulations.
Privacy Policy & Personal Data
We use cookies to collect data insights, personalize your web/mobile application experience, support our web/mobile application functionality, help us understand how our websites and applications are used, and provide you with tailored ads. Those include “necessary cookies” that are essential to ensuring optimal performance of our websites and applications, and other types of cookies such as functionality cookies and advertising cookies.
Necessary cookies are always required as they are essential to ensure optimal performance of our websites and applications. You may consent to other cookies which allow us to provide you with a consistent, customized, and personalized experience, based on your preferences and interests.
Before you continue using our Boonuu Mobile Application, we advise you to read our privacy policy (link to privacy policy) regarding our user data collection.
By using and/or accessing the Platform and/or Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of this Privacy Policy and that you have agreed and consented to the collection, use, disclosure, storage, transfer and/or processing of your Personal Data as described hereinunder.
Personal Data we may collect from you may include the following:
- Identification and profile data: your name, date of birth, gender, email address, telephone number and residential address;
- Account and transaction data: billing and delivery address, credit card details, bank account details, payments, orders/purchases made by you and details of Goods or Services you have purchased on this Platform;
- Usage data: information about how and when you use the Platform, products, Services, stores, and other content you viewed on the Platform, as well as websites you were visiting before you came to the Platform and other relevant statistics;
- Marketing and Communications data: your interests, survey responses, preferences in receiving marketing materials from us and your communication preferences, your preferences for particular products or services, as well as your feedback, chat, email or call history on the Platform or with third party Service Providers; and
- Location data, such as when you check for deals near you or the delivery/pick-up status of orders.
We collect and processes personal data from User(s) on the Platform for the purpose of providing the Services and facilitating communication(s) between User(s) and the Partner(s).
We may access and/or utilise any personal data collected on the Platform to improve the Platform’s functionality, analyse usage patterns, and enhance User(s)’ experience.
We may share any aggregated and anonymized personal data for statistical analysis, research, and business development purposes.
We may integrate with third party service provider(s) for payment processing, analytics, and other purposes. User(s) are required to review the privacy policies of the respective service provider(s). By continuing to use and/or access to the Platform, you are deemed fully understand and accept the terms of the privacy policies of the respective service provider(s), related to the Platform and/or Services, whenever applicable.
You are responsible to ensure that the Personal Data provided by you to us are at all times accurate and up to date. In case of you wish to make any changes to your Personal Data, you are required to inform us of the changes made or you may update your Personal Data anytime by accessing your account on the Platform.
You may at any time communicate the withdrawal of your consent to the continued use, disclosure, storing and/or processing of your personal data by giving us notice (contact details are set out hereinbelow), subject to the conditions and/or limitations imposed by applicable laws or regulations.
Please take note that in the event of such withdrawal, we may not be in a position to continue to provide the Services to you and we shall not be liable for any discontinuation and/or disruption of Services you encountered on the Platform as a result of your withdrawal of consent. Our legal rights and remedies are expressly reserved in such an event.
Reasonable steps and measures will be taken by us in ensuring your Personal Data provided to us are safeguarded. However, please be informed that transmission of any information via the internet is not entirely secured. You are also advised to exercise caution with respect to the sharing of your Personal Data and your authentication/security outside of our Platform.
We are not responsible for the private practices of other websites operated by third parties including but not limited to payment merchant, affiliates and Partners which you may have access through our Platform. You are strongly advised to read and understand the applicable privacy policies of such websites before you give your consent to said third parties and proceed further.
Purchases
You must create an account in order to have full access to the features, goods and/or services on this Platform.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for the purpose of registration of account on this Platform.
We may at any time in our sole and absolute discretion, request that you update your Personal Data or forthwith invalidate the Username and/or Password without giving any reason or prior notice and shall not be liable or responsible for any losses suffered by or caused by you or arising out of or in connection with or by reason of such request or invalidation.
You are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We are not responsible to provide any refunds to you.
When you are making a request, order, transaction, purchase, booking and/or reservation via this Platform, you are deemed to be in agreement to the cancellation policies provided herein and any other policies related to the selected Services in the booking process.
You may cancel your request, order, transaction, purchase, booking and/or reservation made on the Platform and/or of the Services within twenty-four (24) hours after the foregoing is made subject to the Partner’s policies.
Any refund of payment as a result of your cancellation of request, order, transaction, purchase, booking and/or reservation is subject to the Partner’s policies. Cancellation of certain bookings or reservations are non-refundable subject to the Partner’s policies.
The refund process will take up to seven (7) to ten (10) working days and its time frame will vary depending on the payment method used subject to the Partner’s refund policies.
We reserve the right to cancel any request, order, transaction, purchase, booking and/or reservation made by the you on the Platform and/or of the Services at our sole discretion and without limitation where we deem the foregoing as fraudulent or suspects the same to be fraudulent, in breach of the Agreement and/or in violation of any existing law and regulation.
Payment
You are entitled to use various payment method provided by us and made available on this Platform to make payment for purchase of goods and services and for booking and reservations made through this Platform (whichever is applicable).
Actual payment shall be charged upon the Partner’s acceptance of request, order, purchase, booking and/or reservation by you through this Platform and formation of a contract between the Partner and you.
All payment shall be made to us and will be on hold and only release to the Partner upon receiving your confirmation that the said request, order, purchase, booking and/or reservation is completed and/or fulfilled.
All payment made shall be in the local currency, depends on the locality of the User.
We shall not be liable or responsible for any losses and/or damage caused as a result of any error, disruption and/or failure in connection with the shipping information and/or payment information entered by you or wrong remittance by you in connection with the payment for goods and services purchased.
We shall not be liable or responsible for any losses and/or damage caused as a result of any payment made by you directly to the Partners and/or through any other payment method apart from the methods provided by us on this Platform.
We reserve our rights to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any payment method at any time without prior notice to you.
In the event you did not comply with these Terms when making any payment or the payment is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the Partner shall be entitled to cancel the Contract and/or suspend the delivery of goods and/or the supply of services until full payment is made.
All refunds shall be made via the original payment mechanism and to you who made the payment subject to the refund policies of the Partner.
In cases of fraud or unauthorized use of your payment method, you are required to contact your payment service provider, who may cover any resulting charges, potentially after deducting an excess.
All payment method details including but not limited to Credit card details, Debit Card details and/ or online banking details provided to us by you may be stored by us for future transactions subject to your consent. Such payment details shall be retained as long as you remain as a User of the Platform and until such time as you choose to terminate your account with us.
Ratings and Reviews
You are allowed to leave ratings, reviews and/or comments for Partner in respect of the Services rendered and/or Goods sold and delivered through the Platform.
Ratings, reviews and/or comments by you are accessible by other Partner and User on this Platform subject to evaluation by us and we reserve our rights to remove the foregoing and/or suspend your access to the Platform without giving prior notice and shall not be liable or responsible for any losses suffered as a result of such removal and/or suspension.
Location
The Boonuu Mobile Application and the Services are intended solely for use by Users who access the Boonuu Mobile Application in Malaysia and Singapore. We make no representation that the Services (or any goods or services) are available or otherwise suitable for use outside of Malaysia and Singapore. Notwithstanding the above, if you access the Boonuu Mobile Application, use the Services from locations outside Malaysia and Singapore, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for the consequences and for compliance with all applicable laws.
Scope
The Boonuu Mobile Application and the Services are for your non-commercial, personal use only and must not be used for business purposes.
Prevention on use
We reserve the right to prevent you using the Boonuu Mobile Application and the Service (or any part of them).
Equipment and Networks
The provision of the Services and the Boonuu Mobile Application does not include the provision of a mobile telephone or handheld device or other necessary equipment to access the Boonuu Mobile Application or the Services. To use the Boonuu Mobile Application or Services, you will require Internet connectivity and appropriate telecommunication links. You acknowledge that the terms of agreement with your respective mobile network provider (“Mobile Provider”) will continue to apply when using the Boonuu Mobile Application. As a result, you may be charged by the Mobile Provider for access to network connection services for the duration of the connection while accessing the Boonuu Mobile Application or any such third party charges as may arise. You accept responsibility for any such charges that arise.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend and/ or replace the Terms from time to time without any prior notice except wherein provided any material revision is to be made, then subject to our discretion, a 3 days’ prior notice may be provided before the taking effect of the term. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Accurate information
You warrant that all information provided on Registration and contained as part of your Account is true, complete and accurate and that you will promptly inform us of any changes to such information by updating the information in your Account.
Prohibitions in relation to usage of Services, Boonuu Mobile Application
Without limitation, you further undertake not to or permit anyone else to:-
- furnish false data including false names, addresses and contact details and fraudulently use credit/debit card numbers;
- attempt to circumvent our security or network including to access data not intended for you, log into a server or account you are not expressly authorised to access, or probe the security of other networks (such as running a port scan);
- execute any form of network monitoring which will intercept data not intended for you;
- enter into fraudulent interactions or transactions with us or a Merchant (including interacting or transacting purportedly on behalf of a third party where you have no authority to bind that third party or you are pretending to be a third party);
- extract data from or hack into the Boonuu Mobile Application;
- use the Services or Boonuu Mobile Application in breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use;
- engage in any unlawful activity in connection with the use of the Boonuu Mobile Application or the Services; or
- engage in any conduct which, in our exclusive reasonable opinion, restricts or inhibits any other customer from properly using or enjoying the Boonuu Mobile Application or Services.
Liability and Limitations
You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible for any disputes arising from the Services rendered and/or Goods sold and delivered on the Platform.
Unless otherwise stated, and to the fullest extent allowed by law, any claims against us by you shall be limited to the aggregate amount of all amounts actually paid by and/or due from you in using the Platform and/or Services during the event giving rise to such claims. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury which may be incurred by or caused to you or to any person for whom you have booked the Services and/or purchased the Goods, including but not limited to:
- Loss, damage or injury arising out of, or in any way connected with the Platform;
- The use or inability to use and/or to access the Platform;
- Any reliance placed by you on the accuracy, consistency, timeliness, reliability, quality or completeness of the Content and/or any advertising on the Platform; and
- As a result of any relationship or transaction between you and any User(s), Partner(s), advertisers and/or sponsors whose advertising appears on the Platform or is referred to by the Platform
Regardless whether such risk or possibility of foregoing have previously been communicated, informed, make known and/or advised by us to you or otherwise.
We do not warrant and represent that we assess or monitor the suitability, legality, ability, movement or location of any Partner(s) including advertisers and/or sponsors and you expressly waive and release us from any and all responsibility, liability, claims or damages arising from or in any way related to the Partner(s) including third party service providers, advertisers and/or sponsors.
We will not be a party to any disputes, negotiations and/or discussions between you and Partner(s) including advertisers and/or sponsors. We cannot and will not play any role in managing payments between you and the Partner(s), including advertisers and/or sponsors. You are solely responsible for any decisions made by you in respect of the Services rendered and/or Goods sold and delivered via the Platform. You expressly waive and release us from any and all claims, causes of action, demands, damages, losses, expenses (including attorneys’ fees and costs and/or regulatory action) and judgments or in any way related to the third parties including third party service providers, advertisers and/or sponsors introduced to you on the Platform.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, legality, or suitability of Services rendered and/or Goods sold and delivered by the Partner(s) on the Platform. The quality of such Services and/or Goods through the use of the Platform is entirely the responsibility of the Partner(s) who ultimately provides such Services and/or Goods to the User(s).
Any warranty for any Good purchased, if provided by the Partners can be accessed in the product display page on this Platform. You are required to contact the Partner(s) directly in the event of any disputes, actions, claims or causes of action arising out of or in connection with warranty provided by the Partner(s) on this Platform, whether express or implied.
Rules About Use of the Service and the Boonuu Mobile Application
We will use reasonable endeavours to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable after being notified of them. However, we do not guarantee that the Services or the Boonuu Mobile Application will be free of faults, and we do not accept liability for any such faults, errors or omissions. In the event of any such error, fault or omission, you should report it by contacting us at support@boonuu.com.
We do not warrant that your use of the Services or the Boonuu Mobile Application will be uninterrupted and we do not warrant that any information (or messages) transmitted via the Services or the Boonuu Mobile Application will be transmitted accurately, reliably, in a timely manner or at all. Notwithstanding that we will try to allow uninterrupted access to the Services and the Boonuu Mobile Application, access to the Services and the Boonuu Mobile Application may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.
We do not give any warranty that the Services and the Boonuu Mobile Application are free from viruses or anything else which may have a harmful effect on any technology.
We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute, suspend or remove without notice any information or Services on the Boonuu Mobile Application from time to time. Your access to the Boonuu Mobile Application and/or the Services may also be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to restore such access as soon as we reasonably can. For the avoidance of doubt, we reserve the right to withdraw any information or Services from the Boonuu Mobile Application at any time.
We reserve the right to block access to and/or to edit or remove any material which in our reasonable opinion may give rise to a breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Interaction and Complaints
We shall not be responsible and liable for any disputes, disagreements, breaches of contract, fraud, scams or any other issues arising from such interactions or transactions regardless whether the foregoing takes place in or outside of this Platform.
All communication with Partners should takes place through the in-app chat. Do not contact Partners outside of the Platform or make any payment through methods not provided for by us on this Platform.
You shall not at any time, disclose or provide your bank details or sensitive financial information through the in-app chat to any party.
Any interactions, correspondence and transactions conducted on the Platform are strictly between you and the Partner(s). We shall not be a party to any agreement, transaction, contract and/or interaction between you and the Partner(s) on the Platform.
We shall not be responsible and liable for any disputes, disagreements, breaches of contract, fraud, scams or any other issues arising from such interactions or transactions regardless whether the foregoing takes place in or outside of this Platform.
In the event of suspected fraud or scams and where you receive any inappropriate, sensitive, or sexual messages from a Partner through the in-app chat, you are required to immediately report such incident to us to enable us to take appropriate action.
Applicable Law
By visiting this mobile application, you agree that the laws of the Malaysia, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between us and you, or our business partners and associates.
Disputes
Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall be within the jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Additional Terms
- Boonuu Taxi
- Accompanying Adult: Each Boonuu taxi ride must be accompanied by at least an individual who are 18 years old and above or of the legal age for the safety of your pet(s). The accompanying adult shall assume primary responsibility of your pet(s) during the ride.
- Pet Safety Guidelines: We prioritize your pet’s safety during transport. Depending on the type of pet, specific safety guidelines apply:
– Dogs should be on a leash or comfortably placed in a secured crate during the ride.
- Smaller pets, including but not limited to cats, rabbits, or hamster must be securely crated.
- For aquatic pets, sealed container is strongly recommended.
- Cleaning Policy: To maintain a clean and pleasant ride, we strongly advise you to clean up after your pets. In the event you and/or your pets soil, damage and/or stain the vehicle during the ride, a cleaning fee may be applied.
- Driver’s Right to Cancel: We prioritise the safety of our driver partners. In the case where a pet displays any signs or tendencies of aggression or when no accompanying adult is present for the ride, our driver partners reserve the right to cancel the booking.
- Responsibility of Pet Owner/Adult: It is essential for pet owners and/or accompanying adults to ensure that their pets are well-behaved, secured and remain calm throughout the ride. Your attention to your pet’s needs is crucial to ensure a safe and comfortable ride for all parties.
- Pet boarding services, Pet grooming services, Pet Walking Services, Pet training services and centres & Pet walking services and centres & Pet walking services
- Availability of services: Types and/or breeds of pets shall be subject to the respective Partners’ policies and discretions. The Partner shall assume full responsibility of the pet in offering such Services.
- Partner’s Right to Cancel: The Partners shall reserve the right to cancel the booking and/or reservation in the event pet displays any signs or tendencies of aggression and/or the Partner is of the opinion that the said pet is unfit and unsuitable for such Services booked and/or reserved by the pet owner.
